Porales City Council approves new Combs' subdivision
Combs Properties preliminary plat proposal for a subdivision of new homes in Portales' west side was givenapproval by the Portales Cuty Council. Developer, Larry Combs, said he plans to start with eight homes that would sell between $135,000 and $220,000. Source: PNTOnline.com
